All orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days via USPS priority mail, DHL, or UPS ground, depending on the size of the parcel.

You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.

All orders valued over $300 require a signature at delivery.

RETURNS

Given the delicate nature of the artworks, and because all pieces are handmade, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns at this time. If there are any issues with your delivery, please reach out immediately (INFO@yveslorenastudio.com) and I will make every effort to assist you. I reserve the right to reject untimely requests.

Please be aware that colors, shades, and textures may appear differently in photos than in reality. While we strive to accurately represent our artwork, variations can occur due to screen settings and Lighting.

Buyers are responsible for any potential customs duties, taxes etc (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For orders outside the US, customs fees may apply depending on the import taxes and/or customs duties of your home country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
